Service Availability
6.1 No Uptime Guarantee
ClipsAI Studio is self-hosted, open-source software. We do not guarantee any level of uptime, availability, or performance. The operation of the Service depends on your own hardware, software dependencies, and third-party APIs — all of which are outside our control.
6.2 Third-Party Dependencies
The Service relies on third-party components that may change, degrade, or become unavailable:
- Groq API availability and rate limits
- OpenRouter model availability
- FFmpeg compatibility with your system
- Ollama model availability
- YouTube accessibility via yt-dlp
6.3 Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. Updates are distributed as new releases on the GitHub repository.
Termination
Since ClipsAI Studio is self-hosted software, "termination" refers to your continued right to use the software:
- You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it
- Your right to use the software may be revoked if you violate these Terms
- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies you hold
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us through the GitHub Issues page and giving us 30 days to respond.
8.2 Limitation on Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim is permanently barred.
